About us
About Concrete Contractor Alsip
Pouring since 2017 under our Class A Chicago Masonry and Concrete license, with every component of the job priced on paper.
How We Came to Work This Way
We started pouring in 2017, and early on one pattern stood out. Homeowners would show us two or three estimates for the same patio, each with a single total at the bottom and almost nothing explaining it. Was the cheap one skipping the gravel? Was the expensive one twice as thick? Nobody could tell.
So we built our business around the opposite approach. Measure carefully. Check the grade and decide where the water will go. Then list every component: excavation depth, gravel inches, slab thickness, reinforcement, finish, joints and removal of the old surface. If something about the site could change the cost, we say so before the work begins.
Our Class A Chicago Masonry and Concrete license also matters to customers who want a contractor with a formal credential behind the work. From a generator base or a tinted flagstone patio to a full drive replacement, a footing for an addition or a row of storefront walks, the estimate and the build follow the same discipline.
What We Aim For on Every Job
An owner who understands exactly what was built and why. That means slabs that drain where they should, estimates a neighbor could follow, crews who sweep before they go, and honest answers when a simpler option would serve you just as well.
